2014 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

My partner and I bought our first truck here and we had the pleasure of working with Bob, by far and away the best salesman we have ever encountered on any car lot. It’s rare to experience a low pressure car salesman these days and Bob was everything we needed and more. He talked to us very honestly (another rare trait among salespeople) about the vehicles history as well as the work they had performed on the vehicle in their shop. They worked hard to help us get to the lowest possible price range as we had a limited budget at the time we were purchasing the truck. There was never any pressure or beating around the bush, it was just business and absolutely no hard feelings! We experienced a small issue with the trucks air helper springs (airbag suspension kit) where one of them was not fully inflated and started to make noise while we drove the truck. We took it back to the shop and Bob immediately arranged to have the small hole repaired (it’s normal for this upgrade to occasionally get damaged and need repair with age) and have all of the suspension airbags inspected and inflated if needed with no charge to us for any of their services. The truck has been running perfectly smoothly, we’ve had no issues with it and it’s been about 5 months now! I waited a while to write the review so I could testify to the quality of the vehicle Bob and his team set us up with. Overall, this was the best experience we have ever had on a car lot buying a vehicle and I cannot recommend McKenna Motors ENOUGH! They’re superb people and very trustworthy. Thank you Bob and everyone at McKenna for such a wonderful vehicle! :-)

We just bought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Work truck. 4X4 4 dr double cab 6.5 ft SB. We love it and we had fun picking it out and checking it out... I can highly recommend their shop. They are really good people...

I have just bought my third car from McKenna Motors in the last two years. While that sentence may be a shock I promise it is not due to the cars quality at all. I have absolutely loved every single car and they have been super reliable, I personally just have bad luck with car accidents! Yikes I know. I purchased my first vehicle at 18 from them and have never looked back. They are always more than willing to work with you and you are never pressured into a vehicle. Bob is extremely professional and really does take your circumstances into account when showing you specific cars. No trying to upsell you, no talking your head off, honest cars salesman. When my best friend was in the market for her first car I told her about McKennas and she ended up purchasing one and loves it. I do not even look at other car dealerships now when I am in the market for a new vehicle I just head straight to Mkennas. I was recently in an auto accident a month ago, hence the third car purchase. When I realized my car was totaled one of my first calls that day was to Bob, he instantly started looking into cars for me. Needless to say I am leaving this review because I once again love my car. While I love McKennas I am hoping I can make this one last through medical school and don’t have to step into their offices for a bit?. Thanks always, definitely check them out.
