I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with this car dealership. The level of service we received was exceptional. Our Sales representative Clive was an absolute pleasure to work with. He greeted us with keys in hand showing us our new car. Clive wanted to make sure the vehicle fit our criteria. Clive was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in ensuring that we left with the perfect car for us. Mr. Clive went above and beyond helping me setup all the things inside the car (by this time they had been closed for an hour). Clive stay with me and made sure Clive answered any questions I may have without rushing us out of the dealership. Clive even made sure i got the specific floor mats days later because the parts department was already closed he wasn’t only my sales person but we became friend & even recommended some products to me so I can keep my car looking ???? like it came off the show floor The finance guy Greg made the financing process a breeze. He thoroughly explained all our options and made sure we understood every aspect of the financing agreement. And was so fast. Greg's professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive. What really stood out to us was the family treatment we received throughout our entire experience.
