Amazing another fantastic buying experience in the car market . I called to find out if they had a CTR Available To purchase and was tired of the runaround from other dealers and the crazy markups . Fortunately A wonderful sales person named Sarai Robles answered the phone and was helpful from A-to-Z in the whole sales process . I told her I’m willing to pay MSRP and would like to purchase it today. Without hesitation, she went to work and contacted her sales manager Devante James and Confirmed that I could pick up the vehicle today and no other hidden fees . After giving them a deposit, I sent them all the proper documentation for my insurance, etc. I took off to pick up my Vehicle but was still very cautious and didn’t know what to expect when I got there. Well, let me tell you I arrived and I was treated with the red carpet treatment . My wife and I had a great experience going to Honda of Staten Island this past week and we would highly recommend them.
