Amazing another fantastic buying experience in the car market . I called to find out if they had a CTR Available To purchase and was tired of the runaround from other dealers and the crazy markups . Fortunately A wonderful sales person  named Sarai Robles answered the phone and was helpful from A-to-Z in the whole sales process . I told her I’m willing to pay MSRP and would like to purchase it today. Without hesitation, she went to work and contacted her sales manager Devante James and Confirmed that I could pick up the vehicle today and no other hidden fees . After giving them a deposit, I sent them all the proper documentation for my insurance, etc. I took off to pick up my Vehicle but was still very cautious and didn’t know what to expect when I got there. Well, let me tell you I arrived and I was treated with the red carpet treatment . Devante James the sales manager greeted me had everything ready for me and referred me over to The finance department . Reggie Drumgold The Finance manager had all my documentation Ready to sign no games or hidden fees . Within 20 minutes I was done And had purchased My new vehicle champion White Civic Type R . Davante James delivered my car In pristine condition And showed me how to use the controls and I was done . An amazing buying experience. I recommend anybody looking for a Honda Check them out first. My wife and I had a great experience going to Honda of Staten Island this past week and we would highly recommend them.  We worked directly with Eugene Lynch and Devante James both of whom were very professional on all levels.  Eugene listened to what we were looking for, worked within our budget, helped manage our expectations and provided really great advice all throughout the process.   We got a CRV EXL with the trim and for the price we wanted. When it came down to going through final numbers with financing for the lease, Rob was wonderful and covered everything step-by-step.  They made sure that all of our questions were answered. No pressure to sign anything until we were absolutely ready. The Honda team were all very transparent throughout the process and we felt great with closing the deal with them. I had the pleasure of leasing a car from Honda of Staten Island for the second time, and I must say, their customer service has significantly improved, providing customers with the ultimate experience. Initially, I had an unfavorable experience with the dealership and wasn't planning on returning. However, I decided to stop by as my lease was ending, and that's when I met Eugene. He patiently listened to my concerns and previous experience with the dealership and assured me he would take care of everything. Eugene's knowledge and kindness made me reconsider, and he promised to follow up with me when I returned.

A month later Eugene was not available, and I was introduced to Daniel, who was also very kind. However, things took a turn for the worse when I met with a manager named Paul, who was aggressive and condescending. Despite this, I remained professional and polite. I cannot say the same for Paul. Who gave me the vibe that since I am a female (who looks young), I do not have the knowledge and process when buying a car. (Do not judge a book by its cover)

Fortunately, I found Eugene's number, and we connected once again. Eugene convinced me to return to the dealership and assured me that he would personally assist me. Eugene, along with another manager: Davante and Reggie, the financial manager, provided exceptional service, and I left the dealership feeling satisfied and grateful for their help. I want to THANK Eugene and Reggie for their outstanding assistance.
