2014 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

Randy & the entire Redd's Family were so great to me before, during & after I bought my car from them. I have had 2 issues with the car, (very minor mind you) and as soon as I called Randy he was all over it. He even used his Amazon account (b/c I don't have 1) to order me the parts & then didn't charge me to fix it when everyone else was trying to milk me to buy the parts & fix it. ALSO I shredded my DL on accident last week & Randy & Josh helped me to get the info on my DL that they had on file so I could order a new one AGAIN with no issue. They are great people & there is Definitely No Evil Here. If you talk with them about any issue you might have they Will work with you to help get it taken care of ASAP. Thank you everyone at Redd's for all your help & for my car which I LOVE:)

(UPDATED AFTER A FEW MONTHS, NO ISSUES AND GREAT CAR!) I should have took the car to a mechanic first before buying it but like an idiot I did a basic check myself and didn’t find any issues. Upon coming home from a 2 hour drive I noticed the harmonic balancer is about to fall off and that would have totaled my car instantly if it did. (Could have been from the road trip back) The car also had the window lock button completely broken but had the button still over it so I couldn’t tell it was broken during my check. Steering wheel buttons dont work. (This is due to the aftermarket radio, which i’ll take over steering wheel buttons.) Engine air filter had literal sand in it and was dirty. Tires are going to have to be replaced in 6 months. I 100% recommend buying a car from this guy, just do a thorough check because all the cars are old and will most likely have an issue wrong. I brought up the tire depth when talking to him (he’s the one that said they have about 6 months left) and asked for new tires or a discount on the price, he wouldn’t budge.
