2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Purchased my 2011 Honda Pilot from V & V Auto Center over a year ago for a very affordable and extremely fair price as is with no warranty. Since I have had this vehicle, I have had never had to worry about having any major car problems or deal with the stress of coming up with the hundreds or thousands of dollars one may need to repair a vehicle in an emergency. The owner Lu and her husband Jack are very knowledgeable in the car industry and more than gracious in fair in all that they do. There have been numerous times when I haven’t had the full payment to make towards repairs and they would work with me to ensure we both are satisfied without any negativity whereas at a typical dealership you must make full payment to ensure you get your vehicle back. Maria, the gem behind the office desk but so much more than a secretary is also very knowledgeable in the car field and with this trio and their team of mechanics, I have not hit a misstep. I’m almost done paying off my first vehicle from them and I can’t wait to purchase my next one from them. They are absolutely one of the best I’ve ever been to or known and I’ve owned a lot of cars!! To anyone looking for a vehicle I strongly encourage you to check them out!!! They are legit!?????????

The owners are incredibly nice and very helpful. We bought a vehicle almost 2 weeks ago from them. There have been some issues with the suv, and they immediately jumped in and fixed it for me. I feel like they went above and beyond. I don’t know any other used dealership that would do that for you. I plan on buying another vehicle from them when our son is ready to buy.

These guys are amazing!! I bought a 2015 Nissan Juke for my daughter and they went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready to go and running well!
