Amazing another fantastic buying experience in the car market . I called to find out if they had a CTR Available To purchase and was tired of the runaround from other dealers and the crazy markups . Fortunately A wonderful sales person named Sarai Robles answered the phone and was helpful from A-to-Z in the whole sales process . I told her I’m willing to pay MSRP and would like to purchase it today. Without hesitation, she went to work and contacted her sales manager Devante James and Confirmed that I could pick up the vehicle today and no other hidden fees . After giving them a deposit, I sent them all the proper documentation for my insurance, etc. I took off to pick up my Vehicle but was still very cautious and didn’t know what to expect when I got there. Well, let me tell you I arrived and I was treated with the red carpet treatment . My wife and I had a great experience going to Honda of Staten Island this past week and we would highly recommend them. We got a CRV EXL with the trim and for the price we wanted. When it came down to going through final numbers with financing for the lease, Rob was wonderful and covered everything step-by-step. They made sure that all of our questions were answered. No pressure to sign anything until we were absolutely ready. The Honda team were all very transparent throughout the process and we felt great with closing the deal with them.
