Excellence! I was pleasantly surprised to find this level of customer service and attention. While BMW was always a brand I admired, my past car purchases were from their competitors. However, the sales rep., Karim, was so knowledgeable about the BMW brand, and particularly about the model I was interested in, I was ‘sold’ within 2 minutes of the test drive. Needless to say, I’m a happy customer.
