2020 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

Danny is awesome! Helped me a lot! I had all my caution lights come on my dash. They were able to do a diagnostic test and find out that my poor car had ALOT of issues (my fault)…. They gave me a rental to use and I loved it. As far as Farrish Subaru is from my house in wv. It takes me 2 hours to get there! But with the excellent customer service….. and being treated with respect and honesty…. And compassion….. I will travel the 2 hours to go there! It’s worth it! William was my sales Rep that sold me my car, in 2020. He was great also! In fact, I think it’s so cool we share the same birthday! Anyways…. You bet ya I would recommend Farrish Subaru! I give it 4 stars out of 5. Why 4…. And not 5 if I’m so satisfied? (I know that’s what you’re thinking)…and it’s because of the prices…. I think they could drop prices some or give a discount on your total price…. For maintenance…. And I wish they would clean the inside Of my car along with the outside. But they don’t. That’s all. As in previous visits, all the service staff at Farrish Subaru were courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to see that everything was explained and did their best to hold the cost down as much as possible. They were able to complete the job in one day, but provided a loaner which was a major help.
