Danny is awesome! Helped me a lot! I had all my caution lights come on my dash. They were able to do a diagnostic test and find out that my poor car had ALOT of issues (my fault)…. They gave me a rental to use and I loved it. As far as Farrish Subaru is from my house in wv. It takes me 2 hours to get there! But with the excellent customer service….. and being treated with respect and honesty…. And compassion….. I will travel the 2 hours to go there! It’s worth it! William was my sales Rep that sold me my car, in 2020. He was great also! In fact, I think it’s so cool we share the same birthday! Anyways…. You bet ya I would recommend Farrish Subaru! I give it 4 stars out of 5. Why 4…. And not 5 if I’m so satisfied? (I know that’s what you’re thinking)…and it’s because of the prices…. I think they could drop prices some or give a discount on your total price…. For maintenance…. And I wish they would clean the inside

As in previous visits, all the service staff at Farrish Subaru were courteous and helpful.  They went out of their way to see that everything was explained and did their best to hold the cost down as much as possible.  They were able to complete the job in one day, but provided a loaner which was a major help.

I called in with some inquires on a couple vehicles and got to chat with Franco.  He’s an amazing, very personable guy.  Super smart and knowledgeable with cars.  He didn’t just try to sell me a car, he was genuinely wanting to help me in every way needed.  If you visit this location, make sure to ask for Franco.

This is my first Subaru vehicle and I could not be happier about a car. I want to send all my friends and family to this dealership so they can experience that car buying does not have to be painful. I did my homework, I shopped around, I had a trade-in, I visited other dealerships, and I was prepared to have uncomfortable conversations about how we can reach a better deal or walk away.
I am happy to report that it was a great experience from beginning to end. I walked in there on a  late Friday night and talked Brandon, Ahmed, Mario who couldn't have been more attentive, detail-oriented, non-pressuring. I test drove two great vehicles that were great but they didn't have the features I was looking for. I told them I had another vehicle I had to go see at another dealership on Saturday afternoon.
On Saturday morning I received emails from Brandon (who had clearly paid attention to what I was looking for) with several vehicles to test drive and that had all the features I had been looking for. After my trip to the other dealership, I came back to Farrish Subaru that Saturday evening to test the vehicles Brandon had brought in. Brandon got the vehicle of my dreams. The rest of the evening, I worked the best deal for my budget with Ahmed and Mario (Sales Managers), Brandon, and Roxanne (Finance). This team aced every step of the way with great customer service, answers to all my questions about the Subaru brand, safety, performance, maintenance, etc. I never felt pressured by any member of the team to get out of my comfort zone regarding APR rates, budget, and options.
I came back later on in the week to work with Brittany who provided a great orientation on all the bells and whistles of my new Forester. The entire crew provided the same friendly and professional customer service as the first day.
This is how car buying should be. Thank you Brandon, Ahmed, Mario, Roxanne and Brittany for the great service.
