Drove 90 minutes from middle Tennessee to look at a used truck. Worked with Austin as my sales agent and from start to finish I had a great experience. The negotiation process didn't involve a lot of "I need to talk to my sales manager", after my first counter offer the sales manager came and sat with us. The paperwork process was efficient, too. I spent much less time at the dealership than I planned and was happy with my experience. I would make the drive again.
