Drove 90 minutes from middle Tennessee to look at a used truck.  Worked with Austin as my sales agent and from start to finish I had a great experience.  The negotiation process didn't involve a lot of "I need to talk to my sales manager", after my first counter offer the sales manager came and sat with us.  The paperwork process was efficient, too.  I spent much less time at the dealership than I planned and was happy with my experience.  I would make the drive again.

This place is AWESOME! I have never had this great of an experience buying a car. I reached out to JJ and he got back with me immediately and was so sincere and laid back. I went to pick up my car I purchased and the process was flawless! JJ immediately greeted me outside and showed me my beautiful car with a big green bow. He then sent  me to Mark for paper work. Mark was so funny and chill and he  answered my questions honestly and walked me through everything patiently.
