I recently needed a car repair on my 2019 Ford escape. Being new to the Chester county area from Delaware county I had reached out to Brian Hoskins Ford for my car needs. It was the best decision I've ever made the staff there is beyond friendly, personable, and follow up very quickly with any questions you may have. last week on Thursday, 11 April I had my car inspected and it was in need of a costly repair which was covered by a plan that I had purchased through Ford and was very happy to know that it was covered except for the deductible. Steve Cooke at Brian Hoskins was attentive and responded to any questions I had regarding my service. He is a great asset to their service department and I would recommend highly not only Brian Hoskins, but asking for Steve when you have any car care questions
Awesome Customer Experience! Steve was great! Took me in without an appointment. I was in a hard place! I had two roofing nails in both back tires. Go figure. Hoskins Ford and Steve made the situation better again. 2015 Ford Focus in Saturday and out the following Monday early afternoon. Again, Awesome! Thanks!
