2018 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

I had been looking for a used Ram 1500 hemi for quite a while and came across a listing at Coughlin Kia for just that. The truck was right at my price point and had all the options we wanted. Sent a text on the website and was contacted by Austin D. The truck was newly listed and no photos had been posted. Austin immediately sent some pictures and answered all questions. Meeting Austin in person and making the deal was an amazing experience. No pressure ever!!! We were happy with deal and brought our new to us truck home. The whole experience would definitely make me a repeat customer. I’d like to thank Austin, the sales manager, and the finance department for everything they did to get us in the truck we had waited so patiently for, I think it was just meant to be.

Exceptional experience at Coughlin Kia of Newark, Joe was our salesman and he went above and beyond to make this a seamless process. No pressure sales like some other dealerships, while being there to answer all questions, explain specific features of cars. While we were a little picky as in what vehicle we wanted, Joe went out of his way to personally pick up a vehicle at another location to have ready for us at very short notice. Highly recommend Joe Millat, great guy and great experience. 10/10

I had a pretty decent experience. I worked with John Harder for my new Kia and he did a great job in getting me where I needed to be for my budget and into a nice new car. He also was kind enough to help move items out of my old car. It was sooo late that we were the last two people in the building and John was very patient. The staff as a whole were pleasant and attentive. I like the guy at the front desk, he's so considerate. If I had any cons it would be that Kia locations seem to horn in on using Huntington Bank which have higher rates even with "excellent" credit. This experience just confirmed that I should bring my own financing for next purchase.
