As seniors, we'd been considering moving from a car to something a little taller and easier to maneuver entry and exit. After a lot of research, I'd decided that the CX-5 met the bulk of my criteria for an SUV. I'd owned Mazda vehicles before, and I knew them to be well designed, well built and reliable. When we pulled up to Luther's building in Lee's Summit, Mark Lindsay joyfully greeted us at the door and welcomed us inside. He was never pushy or high pressured; instead, he listened to what we had to say and offered the information that we needed. He let us take a new vehicle on a solo test drive, instructing us to stay out as long as we needed to get a good feel for the vehicle. Upon our return, we told Mark that we were also considering a couple of competing vehicles, and he encouraged us to look those over and form our own opinions. I had NEVER had anyone do that before. In my mind, that displayed an air of confidence in his belief that Mazda was among the best of the lot and had nothing to be concerned about in comparison to other brands. I felt the same way. To make a long story shorter, we returned a couple of days later and Mark was able to work between us and the sales manager to finalize a deal that made me happy, and he did so in the least amount of time that I've ever experienced. Without a doubt, Mark helped to make this the most pleasant new car buying experience that I've ever experienced; and, at my age, I've experienced quite a few. Luther's building is very clean and attractive, and spending time there is not at all uncomfortable. And, if you're looking for a new Mazda, talk to Mark. He's your man.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and I had a great experience. My previous car, perhaps sensing our impending breakup, completely died less than a mile from Luther. I called my salesman (Sean) to explain that I would be late because I expected to walk the rest of the way, and without hesitation he came to pick me up. I was flustered by the situation but he helped me settle down and made me feel comfortable. Despite the fact that I was in perhaps the weakest negotiating position imaginable, with no way home aside from closing a sale, Sean respected my comp research and I was able to bring the already fair price down. They also offered more for the corpse of my car than I could get by scrapping it. Everyone I interacted with was lovely, and while I was offered some up-sells, I never felt overly pressured. The used 2021 CX-5 I bought is an absolute pleasure to drive and feels far too luxurious for what I paid. Coming from a car that still had a CD player and no screens, the tech upgrade has been absolutely insane; Adaptive Cruise Control is life-changing. I will definitely come back to Luther Mazda the next time I am in the market because Sean and their team made my experience comfortable and fun, and my Mazda has surpassed my expectations. RIP to my Caddy

Our experiences at Luther Mazda of Lee's Summit led to a purchase of our new Mazda CX-90! This is a great dealership group. Our Product Specialist, Shay, knew the products, all the technology and worked hard to find the SUV that met our criteria, and we purchased! Thank you, Shay! Shay setup the car tech platform with us, and got us all ready to go and made sure we knew all the features. There was also entire team behind Shay supporting our multiple test drives and many questions; everyone was great! Thank you, again Shay! Shout out to Chris, Shaun, Jesse, and Chuck. We are thrilled to be part of the Luther Mazda family. Go see this talented team!
