2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrak Advanced 4x4

I am a Ford person like my father. I have worked with McKie over the past 21 years I’ve been here in Rapid. John Pentecost approached me but mainly let me do my looking without pressure or hovering. I picked out two possibilities and when I decided which one he had it waiting for me in front!!! I found John very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very patient with my husbands questions and I felt good and right after the paperwork was done. Ty Evans handled all the paperwork with my rushing and there wasn’t any pressure. I am extremely pleased with my Bronco Sport. Lastly, thank you so much, Ford for bringing back the Bronco and keeping the body style as it always was. My dad is probably loving it from heaven. Since I bought my Timberline at McKie Ford service has been excellent. They have a nice facility as I usually wait on anything simple (oil change etc.). Staff was very friendly and my service adviser Kim Wood was very personable. We talked about ocean fishing and other stuff. Just an enjoyable service experience again which is becoming rarer these days. Will continue to do business with McKie Ford in the future. Even when I went to get into my car after service the two mechanics said thanks for coming in. You can tell that this company is dedicated to a great customer experience and I loved it.
