Stupid Chevy pickups and their way overdone sensors on everything and everywhere. We have always been happy with Chevy vehicles especially their pickups until this 2018 Duramax. It's been in the shop four times never for anything real all four times for whacked out sensors. To the point of the review though, L&L motor was so kind and helpful. After a weekend of repeated sensor malfunctions causing us to lose power we called L&L first thing Monday morning and they scan for the problem right away once we got there, did whatever research was needed and the repair right there without having to wait hours or days to get it looked at. That was so incredibly considerate and helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone for anything. Very nice friendly staff at every turn.
We came through Vernal on our way to Vegas for a graduation. We had some big issues with our truck and took it here to be evaluated. Russ and Maddie were so helpful in getting our problems solved and back on the road. The customer service was outstanding and we made it to Vegas in time for the graduation. My husband and I are from Cleveland, Ohio and spent the summer with the U.S. Forest Service in Utah. We explored a lot while here, and during this time we had our GMC truck in 4 times for routine oil changes and a couple of minor repairs. L&L was a terrific place! Each staff member was friendly and respectful. Services were done when promised and were done well. Pricing was fair and reasonable.
