We had a great experience working with Tyler Farmer and the entire team at BMW of Cincinnati North. Tyler put no pressure on us, and took care of us throughout the entire purchase of our X5. We felt like part of the BMW family from our first moment in the showroom. Shout out to Elise Martini for her patience and friendliness in walking us through all the features of our new vehicle. I expect we'll have more questions about the vehicle after a few weeks of ownership and we will feel more than comfortable stopping back in to chat with all of our new BMW friends.

They were more interested in making sure we were happy rather than just selling us a car. They both took as much time as needed to help us. They both showed the highest level of professionalism. They ensured that we got everything we wanted. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were also impressed with the entire dealership including Crystal, Elise, Sam and the entire staff. This was our first BMW, however we will definitely be back to work with Tyler again. We are looking forward to returning for our service needs. Tyler introduced us to the service staff and we are very impressed. We cannot recommend BMW of Cincinnati North and Tyler Farmer enough!
