Purchased a Honda Ridgeline Trail Sport from the Grants Pass dealership in August 2024. The sales rep that helped me, Jim Cymfl, was very friendly and knowledgeable, but what I appreciated most was the no pressure, no price haggling business approach to the dealership. We drove over from Brookings and planned to come back the following week to pick the truck up after some additional options were installed, but when Jim heard my wife mention she was nervous about driving the unfamiliar windy narrow road back home, he talked to his supervisor and they offered to drive the truck all the way over to Brookings when it was ready. Which they did. I was a bit stunned and tongue tied over the unexpected offer, just exceptional service way beyond any expectation I had when starting my search for a new truck. You can feel that customer satisfaction is a main priority for all the staff. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend them, particularly if you don’t like high pressure sale tactics and price haggling.

Recently came in to look at a used Honda Element. Sarah, the salesperson, approached me and was super helpful, friendly, and transparent. The car ended up not being a fit but would not hesitate to come back for the right car and/or recommend to a friend.
