Purchased a Honda Ridgeline Trail Sport from the Grants Pass dealership in August 2024. The sales rep that helped me, Jim Cymfl, was very friendly and knowledgeable, but what I appreciated most was the no pressure, no price haggling business approach to the dealership. We drove over from Brookings and planned to come back the following week to pick the truck up after some additional options were installed, but when Jim heard my wife mention she was nervous about driving the unfamiliar windy narrow road back home, he talked to his supervisor and they offered to drive the truck all the way over to Brookings when it was ready. Which they did. I was a bit stunned and tongue tied over the unexpected offer, just exceptional service way beyond any expectation I had when starting my search for a new truck. You can feel that customer satisfaction is a main priority for all the staff. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend them, particularly if you don’t like high pressure sale tactics and price haggling.

Went in for a detail for my car 2 days ago, they had a special going. Unfortunately I am a bit disappointed with the quality of it. I asked for them to focus mostly on the interior on the car as it was rather dirty from previous owners. They didn't remove the seats, so the carpets under there weren't cleaned. There was still food and dirt under it, the dash wasn't really touched, the trunk was not cleaned whatsoever, and overall the interior smells like a mixture of soap and the previous smell it had before. The passenger side floor matt was cleaned but not underneath it. They did a good job under the hood and the seats are fine, but missed a lot of everything else. Staff is really friendly but I did not feel the job they did was worth $149.

Edit: they did reach out and offered to redetail it, which I very much appreciated

Nice auto dealership with great customer service.  The no pressure sales and non haggle low price are very nice. Definitely worth the trip to not have to put up with Lithia Bulls#!%. Jim was very patient and showed me a lot of options for what I was looking for.
