Super great customer service! By the time I input all the options I wanted, the only used car in the country that fit all my criteria was at BMW of Humboldt Bay ... which is, where?!? Ryann emailed me several videos and photos of the car and made it easy to put a refundable deposit down on the car while I made arrangements to fly out to have a look. He met me at the airport, and once I had a look at the car to be certain it was what I wanted, we got my paperwork done while Michael set the car up for me - and they had me on my way in under 90 minutes. I had no issue with the one-trip permit that got me back to Colorado on temporary tags, and once here, the VIN inspection and transfer of title were simple. These guys are the best dealership I've ever worked with and I will absolutely go back the next time I'm looking for a BMW. Thanks, guys!
True pros. Don't take your ride anywhere else. Myself and those who I have recommended just taking their Bimmer's lifetime seriously and going straight to the source have all had nothing but good things to say about their thoroughness and professionalism.
