2022 Ford Bronco Badlands 4x4

I drove 140 miles (one way) when I could have driven half that to other dealerships in order to purchase from Frank Fletcher Subaru. I did this because of their excellent customer service ratings. You can buy a car anywhere, but you cannot always find a great service department. The dealership is beautiful, and the sales process was easy and pleasant. I also have a lifetime warranty on my Crosstrek! I have one small suggestion: At my last service I was concerned about my soft brake pedal. The service writer told me they checked out ok, but I would have liked to see my concern written on the WO. I would hate to have a problem later and be told that I should have said something sooner with no record that I had done so.

I worked with Popeye and Josh buying a 2019 Certified Used Outback, and can’t recommend them highly enough. I knew what I wanted, had a price in mind for the car and my trade, and within 20 mins we had a deal, no haggling, no stress. Just straight shooting and great service. To top it off, I had an small issue with my front suspension come up a few days after buying, even though they were under no obligation to do so, they coordinated with Ferguson Subaru in Tulsa (closer to my house) , footed the bill, and Popeye communicated with me on his day off. Truly above and beyond.
