Nucar is by far the best car dealership I’ve worked with. As a female car shopping, I immediately put on my little “shield” so salesman can’t slide things over on me. Nucar, and specifically Larry Cambell, immediately made me (and my husband) feel totally at ease and gave us the best deal possible. They were friendly, made us feel welcomed, and treated the sale as special as it felt to us. It was the biggest car purchase my family has made to date and we felt comfortable the entire process. I won’t be buying a car from anywhere else.

Tom MacQueen went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. We had to order our car because it wasn’t in stock and he gave us updates throughout the entire process. We had a bit of a hard time with our credit union as they were very particular with what they needed for our type of loan, but he coordinated with them and made sure the transaction would be as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Once the car arrived, he made sure to tell us about all the features the car had and helped us set up the app and explained how to use it. He truly cares for his customers and made this process as easy as possible. I highly recommend him and will be sure to refer any of my family and friends searching for a car to him. The gentleman in finance, Tony I believe, was also fabulous. We left informed and stress free with his knowledge and expertise.

Service was quick and complete. Dealership is always spotless and comfortable. Representatives are friendly and professional. Other than a brief wait at checkin, the visit was flawless.
