Nucar is by far the best car dealership I’ve worked with. As a female car shopping, I immediately put on my little “shield” so salesman can’t slide things over on me. Nucar, and specifically Larry Cambell, immediately made me (and my husband) feel totally at ease and gave us the best deal possible. They were friendly, made us feel welcomed, and treated the sale as special as it felt to us. It was the biggest car purchase my family has made to date and we felt comfortable the entire process. I won’t be buying a car from anywhere else.

Tom MacQueen went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. We had to order our car because it wasn’t in stock and he gave us updates throughout the entire process. We had a bit of a hard time with our credit union as they were very particular with what they needed for our type of loan, but he coordinated with them and made sure the transaction would be as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Once the car arrived, he made sure to tell us about all the features the car had and helped us set up the app and explained how to use it. He truly cares for his customers and made this process as easy as possible. I highly recommend him and will be sure to refer any of my family and friends searching for a car to him.

The gentleman in finance, Tony I believe, was also fabulous. We left informed and stress free with his knowledge and expertise.

I was fairly sure, from what I had read in auto enthusiast publications, that I wanted the "All New 2024 Chevrolet Traverse, Z71" when it became available. Since it was not in production at the time I made the decision (January 2024) I still had to drive it, but I was 80% convinced.  GM and world events, I guess, put it off. But, as the "Start of Manufacturing Date" (March 11) approached I decided to check around and see if any dealers had thoughts or even a pre-production model to test drive.
I spoke to several dealers, that never read my emails which were pretty clear.  They just kept on trying to get me to "Come on in, we'll talk". None were going to do anything, since it wasn't in production, they just wanted to sell me on something they did have. I was sure that whatever I did, it wouldn't be with them... the No Go list is long.
NuCar was nothing like that. We started an email dialogue and eventually I was hooked up with Tom MacQueen, maybe the most laid back and helpful car salesman I have ever met. NuCar was the only dealer that was willing to take my order and submit it the second they had a slot from GM. Tom sent me screen shots of the build sheets, the factory order acceptance, and even multiple tracking screens showing the car had been loaded on the Train and as it progressed cross country to arrive at the Philadelphia yard.
Tom was easy to work with, absolutely NO hiccups, and I was aware at all times what we were doing. At delivery, signing documents was simple, making it a great day for me and my grandkids who were with me and pretty excited.
Long Story short, barring any really unforeseen issues with the dealer post purchase, I'll go back to them and will encourage my kids to do the same.

I 100% recommend NUCAR. There you will not experience pressure to purchase a vehicle and deal with questionable sales tactics. They listen attentively and will get you what you want. If they don’t have the car you want, they will find it for you! The sales person I dealt with was Tom McQueen. He was such a pleasure to work with. With him I didn’t feel pressured to buy and he was very attentive to what I specifically wanted in the vehicle. What I wanted was not available at the time I went in to Nucar. Tom searched and found what I wanted and thankfully it was in transit to the dealership. As soon as the vehicle arrived, he informed me and had all ready for me to sign and head out quickly, because I had a very important meeting that evening. Tom listened and understood what I wanted and honored my requests. I would definitely refer anyone to Tom at Nucar. Overall, a pleasant experience.
