This review is more than just recommendation, it is a celebration of kindness and generosity. My Ford Expedition had been at another local repair shop for accidental brake damage. After days of no luck I was in a stressful situation with kids and aging parents needing me back home in California, I called Zach Carlson, who graciously answered my call and offered to fit us in that very day for an inspection.
