Ease of making appt was great the lady in the service department was very helpful, kind and made every effort to accommodate me and answer any and all questions that I had. I feel she went above the normal expectations. I drive from Monroe to get this vehicle serviced due to lack of decent service in Monroe and I have been totally pleased. I watched her interact with all the customers that morning and she had the very same attitude and attention to detail with us all. I would give her a A++++ Everybody in the facility was friendly and helpful.
The service dept personnel have always been courteous and helpful. They were able to work me in when I was concerned that my (too new to be acting up) Buick would leave me stranded (again), and identified and fixed the problem. There are 2 Buick service depts closer to my home but I choose to drive farther because I’ve had such good experiences with this service dept.
