Ease of making appt was great the lady in the service department was very helpful, kind and made every effort to accommodate me and answer any and all questions that I had. I feel she went above the normal expectations. I drive from Monroe to get this vehicle serviced due to lack of decent service in Monroe and I have been totally pleased. I watched her interact with all the customers that morning and she had the very same attitude and attention to detail with us all. There are 2 Buick service depts closer to my home but I choose to drive farther because I’ve had such good experiences with this service dept.
