I bought a used 2022 Audi Q5 with 26K miles from them recently. The deal was done completely online and by text. Sales rep and manager were very easy to deal with. No pressure. The car was ready when I showed up and it was pristine! Their computers were being whacky that day, so they just gave me the keys to the car, without signing anything, and asked me to come back a couple of days later to sign the documents. There were some significant misunderstandings on my part due to miscommunication on their part. However, the sales manager, Kenny, went above and beyond to apologize and rectify the situation. Highly recommended! I would not hesitate to shop there again.
Nathan, our salesman, was very attentive. For a being a young salesman, Nathan was informative, and prompt to seeking answers to our questions. From the initial phone call to schedule a test drive to the end of the transaction at the end of the night, everything went perfectly! Our Finance Manager, Ashley was brilliant and one of the best we’ve had the please of working with. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and was seemless. Ashley not only reviewed everything in detail, but she also provided my husband, my daughter and I with laughter and advice on being a Girl Boss and proving people wrong when they tell you, you can’t do something.
