Amazing service, help and knowledge from Conrad. He was patient and very kind. I knew I was in the market for a mid sized SUV but wasn't quite sure what I wanted. I test drove a couple and each time gave feedback on what I wasn't liking. He was so good at pinpointing what I was after and honestly, I don't even think I knew what I wanted!! He put me in a 2023 Buick Envision and I fell in love. The process was fairly quick. In the past I've spent all day at dealerships but I had the vehicle bought within 2 hours of stepping in the door. I love my new Buick Envista that Conred found for me! As his mom, I’ve watched his knowledge and love of cars grow from a very young age. It was great to finally benefit from the many hours of listening to him tell me about cars when he was younger. ????
