Amazing service, help and knowledge from Conrad. He was patient and very kind. I knew I was in the market for a mid sized SUV but wasn't quite sure what I wanted. I test drove a couple and each time gave feedback on what I wasn't liking. He was so good at pinpointing what I was after and honestly, I don't even think I knew what I wanted!!
