Sarah is OUTSTANDING. She sold my Mother a 2024 CT4 in metallic blue, a new color and in high demand. As my Mom’s son living in New York with a trip planned to Little Rock, my Mother did not want to be involved. I first contacted Gregg Orr Cadillac in March and when I was visiting and we had planned to drive to Hot Springs and buy a new CT4. However life at times had other plans and priorities. Sarah called me stayed in touch and we managed this virtually including selecting the car with its spectacular color and I know she had to do backflips to get it for my Mother who only wanted this one particular CT4 in metallic blue ..a new color for Cadillac. Sarah and her colleague delivered the car personally to my Mothers residence in North Little Rock and went above and beyond what every other Cadallic dealer would ever do. We had a bad customer experience at another Cadallic dealer in our local area that Sarah’s white glove personal touch made my Mother feel like the Queen.
