2025 Ford Expedition Platinum MAX 4x4

New to the area so this was my first time using the Brighton Ford Quick Lane. I scheduled the appointment with Elizabeth who also was in the day that I came in which was for them to check my battery which I received at another Ford dealership three months ago. Elizabeth was amazing! So professional, knowledgable & friendly! She arranged the courtesy shuttle for me and was great with communication throughout the whole process! Both shuttle drivers were equally the same as her! Very friendly and professional! Definitely different than what I have experienced at other dealerships! They replaced my battery for me!
