New to the area so this was my first time using the Brighton Ford Quick Lane. I scheduled the appointment with Elizabeth who also was in the day that I came in which was for them to check my battery which I received at another Ford dealership three months ago. Elizabeth was amazing! So professional, knowledgable & friendly! She arranged the courtesy shuttle for me and was great with communication throughout the whole process! Both shuttle drivers were equally the same as her! Very friendly and professional! Definitely different than what I have experienced at other dealerships! They replaced my battery for me! New 2018 Mustang GT350 Shelby, motor blowed up at 5K miles, Brighton was superb to deal with to get a new long block (entire engine) and get it installed. Have 17K miles on new engine-flawless performance. There is nothing like having 540 HP-with CAI-under your right foot??????????
