Visiting my old hometown in WNY the typical lake effect snowstorm arrives. I’m preparing to driving my Cadillac 400 miles home when I get a shudder. I quickly searched for a dealer and went to RBC. I explained my situation to Service Advisor Jordan Chevier and she suggested that I probably had some snow in the wheels. “We can run it through the car wash and see if it fixes the issue”.
