I purchased my car at Caruso and service my car there as well. Although the service has always been good, the last service appointment was I had was better. The first time I had my car serviced, I was never offered a complimentary car wash even after I asked if the service was included. This time, without even asking, I was given a complimentary car wash. Most places will the oil change, but the places that standout go above and beyond. Thanks for great service and the car wash!
We had one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences. Our Sales Associate Thomas was so professional and knowledgeable about our new Navigator. Abe the General Manager wad so helpful in getting the deal we wanted. There was no high pressure sale attempts, just pure honesty and we really feel like we got the Best Deal. Awesome Customer Service by Mark Large. He was able to help me get a vehicle. With all the cars we took for a test drive ???? he stayed patience, energetic, listens, attentive and clear communication. The building itself also has great staffs, they were kind and very friendly. There was always someone there to ask if we were ok and if we needed a restroom, it was down the hall or if we needed coffee, it was free next to the vending machine and we could help our self to it. The building is clean, organized, free coffee and spacious inside. Hope anyone that goes there has an awesome experience, like my daughter and I had ????
