2021 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Bought car site unseen a bit nervous. When I arrived my car was sitting out front and was perfect. Salesmen were very helpful willing to answer questions. Car was paid for and other places i have went to wouldn't put in the extra after they received their money. Not these guys they went above and beyond. Thanks again love my 2020 Mustang GT!

I was on a road trip from Texas with two dogs. My rear window would not roll up. I arrived at Matthew’s Ford at 2:30 pm. The service team diagnosed and fixed the problem. They installed a new master window switch. They did the work in the drive up lane. I didn’t need to go to the waiting room or remove the dogs from the truck. It was fixed for free under warranty. I was back on the road at 3pm. Amazing service! Thank you.
