Ask for Charlie when you get there. Great young lad and very helpful. Apparently they don't get paid commission so also understand that everything they do and say is most likely in accordance with their training and procedures. I paid full cash for a car so it was extremely easy. They say there are no fees but beware they're going to charge you $300 for Vin etching. From my understanding all it is is the VIN number being etched into the windows of the car. I asked if they could show me what window had the VIN etching on it as I didn't see anything. They said it's microscopic and need some type of magnifying glass that only police have to see it. Apparently if you get your car stolen they'll pay you like five grand towards a new car so really you're paying for that insurance, not the $15 acid etching of a window. To be honest if they showed me the etching in the window I would have gave them five stars but it just seems a little suspect that it's so tiny they can't show me. As for the car? It's a Camry with 100k miles. it seems all right but I have not got to drive it enough to get an idea yet. I'll edit this if there's any issues.

Every employee that I worked with in selling a car was very professional and easy going. They are not your typical “used car salesmen”… the price they gave me was very fair and higher than the other car dealers I took it to. Ethan is efficient and a pleasure to work with…he even was kind enough to give me a ride home. I highly recommend TruWorth Auto!!
