Drove up from Temecula a couple hours before the dealership closed to look at a Bronco. We were greeted by Rauly, who was super friendly and knowledgeable. Did a test drive and ended up driving home that same night in our new Bronco. We were a bit conscientious about showing up late. Our intention was just to test drive, and if we liked it maybe leave a deposit to come back another day with more time, but Rauly and Chris from finance made the entire process so easy and fluid we made the deal and wrapped everything up in no time. Really appreciate they were both willing to stay a little extra to get it done. Shout out to the gentleman whose name I didn't catch in detailing who got our Bronco shined up before the drive home as well. Only regret as an out-of-towner is I won't be able to visit this dealership for regular maintenance.
