Thanks to Scotti for making our online car purchase experience transparent and outstanding. Since the entire transaction was completed online, he offered to drive the car to a local Tesla dealership for inspection to improve buyer confidence. Still, we could not schedule an appointment due to Tesla's service dept being booked out. Instead, he offered to record a video of all the imperfections in the car, which helped us finalize the purchase decision. He made the documentation, shipment, and on-time delivery very seamless. The car was received in good and ready-to-drive condition. I will recommend buying from the Autobay NJ dealership and please do ask to speak with Scotti during your next online auto-purchase adventure.
