My salesman Matt was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, but instead given the flexibility to go about purchasing the vehicle in my own comfort zone, ie test driving it twice, and bringing it home to park in my garage. Nick in finance was also helpful and worked with me to get the payments and extra coverage I desired. Plus I was in and out of his office within 15 minutes.! Who doesn’t love that? I will recommend Griffin to my friends are colleagues if they’re looking to purchase a new Ford, or if they find a quality used car at their dealer.
