Dorman was awesome. Never felt rushed and he did everything to accommodate me in my unique situation. For starters, when I initially called the day prior to scheduling my service, I knew that the shop was closed when I called but I was hoping to set something up. The woman who answered the phone didn’t know how to help me and didn’t give me any suggestions so I suggested I would just call back the next day. Next day I called 15 minutes after shop opening time and got forwarded to get scheduled in the shop but it went to voice mail. I drove the service center and this is when my experience picked up for the better. I was greeted by Shayla and I gave her the details to the issue I was having and she listened and took notes. Got all my information up to date and gave me a estimate wait time of 3-4 hours for completion. I wasn’t thrilled about the estimated wait time but I wasn’t scheduled so I understood. She told me that they might be able to get it done quicker and sure enough about 2 hours later and the service was complete and received a call for pickup. I came to pick up my vehicle. Shayla wasn’t around but another woman co worker knew who I was and offered me the details of service and signed me out after the charge. I knew it was a good idea to come to Honda and receive service there. I wished the phone service I received was better, but the in person communication was a lot better and the service provided I trust was professional. Everything seems nice and tight.
