Dorman was awesome. Never felt rushed and he did everything to accommodate me in my unique situation.  I ended up leaving with a way better car and deal than I thought I was going to get when I first showed up. The finance manager was also very friendly, got me in and out. I've had the pleasure of doing business with Kendall Honda Eugene twice, and both times I walked away extremely satisfied.

The first time, I was looking to lease a vehicle. After visiting several dealerships, Kendall Honda Eugene was the only one genuinely interested in saving me money. Their team went above and beyond to find the best leasing options, ensuring I got a great deal without any hassle.

Recently, I returned to upsize our vehicle for more family comfort. I didn't plan to leave with a vehicle that day, but the deal they offered was too good to pass up. The process was smooth, straightforward, and fair, making it easy for me to make the decision on the spot.

For starters, when I initially called the day prior to scheduling my service, I knew that the shop was closed when I called but I was hoping to set something up. The woman who answered the phone didn’t know how to help me and didn’t give me any suggestions so I suggested I would just call back the next day.

Next day I called 15 minutes after shop opening time and got forwarded to get scheduled in the shop but it went to voice mail.

I drove the service center and this is when my experience picked up for the better. I was greeted by Shayla and I gave her the details to the issue I was having and she listened and took notes. Got all my information up to date and gave me a  estimate wait time of 3-4 hours for completion. I wasn’t thrilled about the estimated wait time but I wasn’t scheduled so I understood. She told me that they might be able to get it done quicker and sure enough about 2 hours later and the service was complete and received a call for pickup.

I came to pick up my vehicle. Shayla wasn’t around but another woman co worker knew who I was and offered me the details of service and signed me out after the charge.

I knew it was a good idea to come to Honda and receive service there. I wished the phone service I received was better, but the in person communication was a lot better and the service provided I trust was professional. Everything seems nice and tight. Thank you to the team for taking care of me.

Cannot thank the entire Team at Kendall Honda of Eugene enough for the excellent service we got to experience when purchasing our 2021 Honda Pilot. Lee Biedenharn was by far the best Car Salesman to deal with throughout the whole process of the purchase. If you’re in the need of a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend going to see him. Go talk to Lee!
We've been looking for a CRV-hybrid and sent info to a number of dealers up and down I-5, figuring more selection would work out better for us, plus we would be happy to make a trip of it. Some didn't reply at all and others just wouldn't give us a real price quote (I honestly don't know why they would be surprised and insulted that someone looking to buy a car would ask for the price of the car upfront). Lee from Kendall got back to us right away and after he found out what we wanted, gave us a clear answer in minutes. In no time, we were at Kendall, test driving with Lee. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and he understood quickly that we wanted a hassle-free experience. Lee was really accommodating, gave us exactly what we needed and understood that we weren't interested in the upselling/hard selling experience. We got exactly the car we wanted, actually the model up because that was available and the price was solid. We were out the door with our new CRV in less than two hours. We couldn't be happier with working with Lee.
