2017 Buick LaCrosse Essence

I purchased a 2017 Cadillac Escalade yesterday from Nick at Northern Auto Innovations and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. He went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle with a great deal, stayed super responsive to every question I had, and even delivered it from NH to Albany. When it arrived, the Escalade was freshly washed and the tank was completely filled — small details that really show he cares about his customers. My experience with Nick and Danielle really couldn’t have gone better! My Toyota Sienna Hybrid received some serious damage when well-meaning family members attempted to perform some maintenance at home. Nick was able to completely diagnose and repair all issues. I am so grateful for his expertise and ability to perform several advanced repairs. Nick’s shop rates are more than reasonable, and far better than anything else I have found locally. He and his wife Danielle worked incredibly hard to ensure that we had the best parts for the lowest cost, and made sure we weren’t paying any more for labor than we absolutely had to. They were both very communicative during the entire process—between giving me a diagnosis, letting me know when things were expected to be completed, and keeping me up to date on all cost estimates. They also were able to drive my car back to my house, and threw in an exterior wash and glass clean while waiting for certain parts, which had been delayed due to severe storms in the area. I got my car back driving beautifully and looking amazing! I highly recommend having any vehicle serviced here!
