I found one of the last, if not the last, 1/4 ton std. cab 8ft bed 4 wheel drive, pickup truck in CT. The sales staff was very helpful through each step of the purchase process. Including adding accessories, pricing - financing, teaching me the technical features, and final preparation of the truck. The closing process was fast and efficient, and my truck was fully prepared. It was a great experience.
Quick and easy process. Sales person understood I was not interested in a lot of back and forth negotiation and got the deal done. Finance was easy process and finance manager made nice suggestions that were logical and fair.
Update due another spectacular service appointment: I had a recall on my Traverse. Scheduled for the work to be done. The day before my appointment the power steering broke and since my vehicle is also used as my office I asked if they could please please please fix it fast. I was originally told that due to a backorder on the part it would take into early the following week. Surprise! They called me late afternoon telling me they sourced the part from another dealer and not only was the recall work finished....they were able to also fix my steering AND replaced the serpentine belt and for UNDER QUOTED $$! Because of their service department and John in service staying on top of this I will also now be using them for all my new vehicle needs! New car predicted for Fall of 2025....so this goes to show how customer service can influence consumer loyalty. Thank you again!
