2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT 4X4 Double Cab Std Box

I am absolutely thrilled with my brand new Cadillac XT4! It is the most beautiful car, and Robert Sanders and Mario McIntosh made my purchasing experience wonderful and flawless. Because of them, I am a Jeff Schmitt Cadillac customer for life!

Bought a car from out of state and the entire process was seamless. All paperwork was done online and in a timely manner. I want to give a major shout out to Dustin who works in internet sales. I reached out to him after viewing the vehicle online back in DECEMBER. Although it was near the holidays he was incredibly patient and went out his way to answer all my questions. He even sent me more photos. At the time I was undecided but ultimately in MARCH i reached back out to proceed. And even though it had been months, Dustin was still just as polite as during our first interaction back in December. I was worried he may not take me as a serious buyer since it had been so long but I was wrong. Once we got the numbers finalized with the actual salesman i was put in contact with Mario the finance manager and he was a breath of fresh air. Each time he called to update me on my loan application, we laughed and had a great chat. In the end, he even got me a lower interest rate than what the salesman quoted. Overall, Dustin was an amazing first point of contact even though he’s not an salesman-He should be :) And Mario was patient and relatable. Car arrived to me on expected delivery date and I would purchase again

My experience with Jeff Schmitt Cadillac was nothing less than great! My vehicle had some issues while traveling. I had no choice but to stop at the dealership. In short my car could not be driven home to Georgia. The service department went above and beyond to make sure I have a vehicle to make it home safely in. My car was repaired within 4 days and deliver to my home! This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any dealership service department.
