Hello, before I begin I would like to say that the customer service I received was great: I bought a brand new 2024 Chevy trailblazer LT MY FIRST VEHICLE PURCHASE. I had no issues, Barely driving it anywhere but to work and home. On July 23rd at around 6:30 p.m. I had arrived at a store that was right down the street from my house, Not even a 10-minute drive. When I went to park I noticed that the gear shift handle was stuck, I thought it could have been a personal mistake. So I attempted it again and was able to park. After coming back from grabbing my groceries I was concerned about what just happened. Before leaving I pulled over to a different parking lot to check all my gears, everything was smooth so I brushed it off until I began to drive down the street and My car began to jerk AGGRESSIVELY almost causing an accident . Above is a picture I took during the incident As you see the engine light is on and it only has 1000 miles on it. I was absolutely shocked and highly upset by what I was seeing, this was my first vehicle purchase as a college student. To add on the inspection was cleared for 2025 and I was very detailed during the buy asking many question. Instead of having this vehicle to help me achieve my future goals. It’s now a possible burden. I'm very disappointed and upset. I will file a complaint with general motors on the issue because a car built this year shouldn't be doing this especially at 1,000 Miles. Today I had it towed to the dealership to get fixed (Covered by the warranty). I asked for the manager and he was very understanding and kind. I really appreciated the customer service I received, They respected my time and moved with urgency. I was also lent a vehicle for the inconvenience so I can continue to work and complete my studies. If there are further issues with this vehicle I'm not keeping it. Scroll through all the pictures I took above Thank you for your time.

The experience was good. The team accommodated me by picking me up at a car rental business after I drove in from North Carolina. I was able to sign most of the paperwork and leave within two hours. The sales team were very personable. They ensured that I knew the features of my new vehicle and was confident in operating them.
