In life experience you always want to negotiate on a car when purchasing it. But to be honest this was the first time that there was no need to negotiate because of the price. I am totally impressed with the Paul Sherry dealership, the crew was very friendly and up front on everything. The vehicle I purchased was actually, I felt very below the average price for the year and model. After having been online and at over half a dozen dealerships I settled here. I am extremely happy with the price, with the overall process of buying, and just the team itself was awesome. Justin Smith at Paul Sherry is as good as they come. His commitment to customer service is above the call of duty...he was willing to meet me before the dealership even opened and on his day off to accommodate my schedule. He took time to talk with me, answer questions, and follow up. No pressure at all. He was even honest with me to let me know where he thought I was getting the best deal. I didn't purchase from him, but I wouldn't hesitate to use him for service needs or future purchases.
