Our experience with JP was friendly, pleasant and unexpected. My daughters came wanted to inquiry about a particular truck I found through online searches. We test drove, discussed and aligned on terms. The visit was longer than my daughters may have liked but not longer than I know would normally be expected to complete a transaction with negotiations and financing involved. While we finalized details, we found the facility supported this single Mom’s need to keep impatient children entertained. Also, when I had concerns a few weeks after purchase, JP and team were happy to support taking care of my expectations and ensuring my experience was the best it could be. Trent and Matt were God sent! Never have I ever felt that comfortable at a dealership. They truly had compassion for my situation and treated me with kindness and respect. I loved how upfront they were, and didn’t try to beat around the bush. Neither one of them treated me like a number and I will forever be grateful for that.
