Our experience with JP was friendly, pleasant and unexpected. My daughters came wanted to inquiry about a particular truck I found through online searches. We test drove, discussed and aligned on terms. The visit was longer than my daughters may have liked but not longer than I know would normally be expected to complete a transaction with negotiations and financing involved. While we finalized details, we found the facility supported this single Mom’s need to keep impatient children entertained. Also, when I had concerns a few weeks after purchase, JP and team were happy to support taking care of my expectations and ensuring my experience was the best it could be.
