Buckhannon Toyota is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From the time I pulled onto their lot till I pulled off of their lot with my brand new vehicle.

Easy to work with dealer. The most depressing part was there was a required port addon for 4 USB cables for $70; already an absolute rip-off (Not Buckhannon's fault). Went to organize the truck today and finally look inside the package. Someone took the only 2 that were usable with the truck out of the bag leaving 2 useless USB-A cables. The truck only has USB-C charging ports. So not only do they sell you 4 cables for $70, 50% of them aren't usable and then someone ripped off the other 2. Love my truck and everyone was super nice. Thanks for not adding any shenanigans like lojack, vin etching or other nonsense. So many scammy dealers, at least these guys are straightforward and I really appreciate that. I'd buy another truck from them in the future! Update: My salesman reached out and is helping out by sending the missing cables. Thank you!
